Ncontactcenter (NCC): Information about Service Update (shift of dates)

Dear NFON customers,

We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance work on the Ncontactcenter (NCC) platform. Due to technical obstacles during the test run, we had to postpone the scheduled date. This is an appointment transfer to the 24/08/2019.

Planned Start: 24/08/2019 22:00 pm CEST (UTC+0200)
Expected End: 25/08/2019 06:00 am CEST (UTC+0200)

Components: Ncontactcenter (Third Party Integration / Value Add Services)
Locations: Munich, Nuremberg

Details:
During the entire maintenance window the operation of the NCC system is stopped. If needed a Backup-Routing for the NCC ServiceNumbers has to be activated for the timeframe by the customer. A client browser restart and new user log-in is required after the service update changes are applied. After that, no further customer interaction is required. No immediate further customer interaction is required thereafter.
