NFON Mobile for Android | App moves from Play Store to mynfon.com

Dear NFON customers,

We are writing to inform you of changes to the availability of the NFON Mobile app for Android in the Google Play Store. As of 09.03.2019, the NFON Mobile app for Android will no longer be available in the Play Store, yet it will be downloadable via mynfon.com.

What does this mean for the NFON Mobile app for Android?
Recent changes in the Google Play Store require that apps be optimised according to
precise terms and conditions set forth by Google, or risk removal from the Play Store.
To make the required changes for compliance with Google policy, we would need to assign significant resources to fulfil the new requirements. Furthermore, we have concerns that in fulfilling the Play Store requirements, the changes could adversely impact the overall performance of the app. After careful assessment, we’ve decided to remove the app from the Play Store.

How will users continue to access the NFON Mobile app for Android?
The Android app will be available via mynfon.com/downloads from 28.02.2019. Note that
iOS users are not affected, and the app remains available for download via the Apple App Store.

Will the Cloudya app be affected by these changes ?
No, absolutely not! Cloudya apps are available for download via the Play Store and the App Store. Our company remains dedicated to the ongoing development and optimisation of our cloud telephone system, Cloudya.
