End of support of nCTI Basic for Windows

Dear NFON customers,

Along with the product discontinuation of the “nPhone” for Windows softphone, no support will be granted for the nCTI Basic client for Windows as well from March 31st 2016 onwards.

The nCTI Basic client for Windows is no longer available due to missing compatibilities to latest operating systems (e. g. Windows 8 or Windows 10) and missing compatibilities to latest snom devices and firmware versions (granted functionality up to 8.4.35 only).

The nCTI Basic client is replaced by the NCTI standard/CRM client or by NCTI premium/CRM for Windows. Please find further information here.
