Update Nsoftphone premium for Windows: Security, Sennheiser compatibility, Windows 10 and Office 2016

Dear NFON customers,

We would like to inform you that we will conduct an update (version 8.0.0) of the Nsoftphone premium client for Windows tomorrow, August 27^th 2015.

Security: For security reasons, it’s necessary to install the above mentioned update. The update notification will be subsequently displayed as soon as you have started the application. Please note that administrative rights are required for the software update!

Sennheiser: Nsoftphone premium is now compatible with Sennheiser headsets (still Beta). So with the above mentioned update you are able to use the Nsoftphone premium client with your Sennheiser headsets with the following functions supported:

• Accepting calls
• Hanging up calls
• Redial (pressing the dial button for 2-3 seconds)
• Volume control

However please consider the following restrictions when it comes to Sennheiser headset usage with Nsoftphone premium. You’ll find all restrictions here.

Windows 10 and Office 2016: Compatibility with Windows 10 and Office 2016.
