First information on the Windows 10 compatibility regarding NFON CTI and softphone products

Dear NFON customers,

NFON reviewed the compatibility of its CTI and softphone products with Windows 10.

The following products are entirely compatible with Windows 10:

  • NCTI standard/CRM for Windows
  • Nreception (VOP) for Windows (from firmware 156 onwards)

The compatibility of the following products will be available with further product updates in the future. We will inform you about these product updates on our blog in time.

  • Nsoftphone premium for Windows
  • NCTI premium/CRM for Windows

All information about the compatibility of operating systems to NFON products can be found in the compatibility lists within the NFON manuals and overviews under http://www.mynfon.com/ .
