Nvoice for Skype for Business: Information about maintenance work

Dear NFON customers,

we would like to inform you about changes to the maintenance windows for the EBC Skype for Business platform:

Due to the current situation, our service partner Deutsche Telekom has an increased maintenance effort in order to adapt the platform capacities to the increasing demand. In addition, the strong customer demand for short-term onboarding domains must be entered into the certificates. For stability reasons, certificates are only entered during the maintenance windows.

Therefore an additional maintenance window will now take place:

  • Weekly, every Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to midnight

This regulation initially applies until the end of May 2020.

Of course, we strive to keep the downtime due to the necessary restart of the Microsoft Skype for Business Server as low as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
