Ncontactcenter (NCC): Information about Service Update 08/02/2020

Dear NFON customers,

We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance work on the Ncontactcenter (NCC) platform.

Planned Start: 08/02/2020 22:00pm CEST (UTC+0200)
Expected End: 09/02/2020 06:00am CEST (UTC+0200)

Affected Infrastructure
Components: Ncontactcenter DE (Third Party Integration / Value Add Services)
Locations: Munich, Nuremberg

During the entire maintenance window the operation of the NCC system is stopped.
If needed a Backup-Routing for the NCC ServiceNumbers has to be activated for the timeframe by the customer.
A client browser restart and new user log-in is required after the service update changes are applied.
After that, no further customer interaction is required.
No immediate further customer interaction is required thereafter.
