End of Sale (EOS) / End of Life (EOL) announcement – snom

Dear NFON customers,

we would like to inform you that the following snom devices are EOL.
These devices are no longer supported by snom.

  • snom 820     manufacturer EOL: 12/2013
  • snom 821     manufacturer EOL: 06/2017
  • snom 360     manufacturer EOL: 12/2013

A flawless functionality can only be guaranteed with a current firmware.
Existing phones are updated automatically.

Since there will be no more updates from snom after the EOL, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Support for existing customers will continue until the end of 2019.
