snom Redirect Server

Dear NFON customers,

as already announced in July 2018, see customer blog entry here, snom will stop operating the old redirect server.

Only desktop phones with firmware >= 8.7.5.44 can be fully automatically configured by NFON after a reset.

Snom desktop phones with a firmware < 8.7.5.44 must first be manually provided with a firmware update.

In order to ensure maximum security and perfect functionality, devices with outdated firmware are automatically updated in the known maintenance windows.
If you have special requests for mass firmware updates, please contact our support.
