Neorecording Maintenance in Nuremberg Data Center

Dear NFON customers,

We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance in the Nuremberg data center. During the maintenance window the productive hardware will be moved within the data center for reasons of space.

The scheduled time window is planned for the weekend in CW 26, from Friday, June 28 until Sunday, June 30, 2019.

There will be a recording downtime of approx. 10 – 20 seconds on Friday, June 28 from 00:00 – 00:30 am (CEST) meaning that calls will not be recorded during this period.

The user interface will not be accessible on Saturday night, June 29 for a period of approx. 2 – 4 hours between 1 – 5 am (CEST).

From Saturday night, June 29 until Sunday, June 30 from 00:00 – 00:30 am (CEST) there will be a recording downtime of approx. 10 – 20 seconds meaning that calls will not be recorded during this period.
