Neorecording Update to neo Suite Version 5.5 December 8th, 2018

Dear valued customers,

As already announced, we will have an update to neo suite version 5 5. on Saturday, 8th of December from 8pm – 2am (CET). It may happen that individual calls cannot be recorded between 9:30-10 pm and 11:30 pm – midnight (CET).

POWERplay Web, PRO und CLIENTcommand will not be accessible for about 30 minutes during this time frame.

In the following you can see an updated list of all tickets that will be additionally solved with neo suite version 5.5:

 POWERplay Web:

  • Adjustment of column order and size is not saved after logout
  • Default filter “Last 24 hours” is not color-coded
  • Default filter “Last 24 hours” is marked in yellow even when all filter options are deactivated
  • Player settings are not saved after logout
  • New column “Delete date”: Shows the delete date of recordings

INSIGHTneo:

  • Different number of recordings in POWERplay Web and in reports
  • Recordings miscounted in case of 2 or more organizational units
  • Reports can be seen by users even that haven’t created them
  • User Call Activity Summary und User Call Activity-Detailed dashboards are not responsive to smaller screens
