Neorecording Update (version 5.3.0-8.2) October 25th, 2018

Dear valued NFON customers,

We would like to inform you about a Neorecording update (version 5.3.0-8.2). The update will take place on Thursday, 25th of October from 10pm until 2am (CEST). POWERplay Web will not be accessible during a time frame of 30 minutes.

Recording is not affected by the update and works as usual.

The update concerns the following tickets:

• DTMF Start/Stop feature: Voice recordings can again be started/stopped via DTMF keys when an agent with a recording extension picks a call from a queue.

• Saving reports in INSIGHTneo: Saving report instances for report generation has been optimized. Report instances can be therefore found much more quickly in the report instance module.

• On demand Reports in INSIGHTneo: Loading time and saving of on demand reports has been optimized.
