Neorecording Update (version 5.3.0-8.2) September 18th, 2018

Dear valued NFON customers,

We would like to inform you about a Neorecording update (version 5.3.0-8.2). The update will take place on Tuesday, 18th of September from 10pm until 2am (CEST). POWERplay Web will not be accessible during a time frame of 30 minutes.

Between 11:30pm and 12:30am (CEST) there will be a recording downtime of 2x 30 seconds meaning that calls won’t be recorded during this period.

The update concerns a change of the three views (conversation, participant view, and recording view) in POWERplay Web. A default filter option has been added in the search criteria field under “start time” → “period (indiv.)”, which will only load calls that have been recorded in the last 24 hours. Therefore, the “start time (indiv.)” field is defined as “Last 24 hours” per default but can be changed on demand at any time.
