Maintenance snom Redirect Server

Dear NFON customers,

Due to maintenance work on snom’s redirect server, it will not be possible to add new snom devices via the administration portal from Thursday 5th of July, 2018, 4 p.m. to Friday 6th of July, 2018, 10 p.m. (CEST).

Existing snom devices are not affected.

From 7th of July, 2018 only new snom desk telephones with a firmware >= 8.7.5.44 can be configured automatically by NFON.

Snom desk telephones with a firmware < 8.7.5.44 must be updated manually in advance.

Alternatively, the provisioning link can be entered manually into the web interface of the snom desk telephone.

Enter the IP address of your telephone in your web browser. Enter the following link under Advanced -> Update -> Setting URL:

https://provisioning.kommunikations-dienste.de/snom/snom.php?mac={mac}
