Maintenance work TollRing (Permanent Call Recording UK)

Dear NFON customers,

We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance work on our TollRing platform (Permanent Call Recording UK).

On Tuesday 17th October 22:00 BST – 01:00 BST (23:00-2:00 CEST) we are planning to do maintenance work.

During maintenance work, the TollRing portal will be inaccessible, but call recording shouldn’t get affected.

The objective of this maintenance work is to upgrade to portal to the latest release, which includes the following new features:

- Providing support for 10 languages across the recording portal (UK, US, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Spanish
- About page added to the portal: “About” page under the user dropdown to show Customer Details, Licensing information and Software Version
- New option to schedule email reports in HTML formatThe time duration stamp has been made visible on the call recording player
- The option to playback call recordings at different speeds has been addedInability to search call recordings when selecting a custom date range of one day resolved
- General Security enhancement applied across the portalThank you for your understanding.
