UPDATE: Current disturbances in the usage of NFON for Skype for Business

Dear NFON customers,

due to an outage of the supplier, we experienced disturbances affecting the usage of NFON for Skype for Business. No calls (incoming and outgoing) were possible. This is now fixed.

As reported earlier, independently of this issue, it may happen that incoming calls are not displayed on the mobile client of Skype for Business. This bug originates from Microsoft and will most likely be fixed with the next client update (scheduled for September 2016). A work around is to change the presence status to “show to everyone” in the options menu. Restart the clients.

The current status of the systems are displayed on the NFON status page.

We will communicate when the disturbance is fixed and apologize for all inconveniences.
