UPDATE: Current disturbances in the usage of NFON for Skype for Business

Dear NFON partner,

currently there are disturbances affecting the usage of NFON for Skype for Business:

  • The bug that caused some incoming calls not to be processed and received by Skype for Business is now fixed.
  • Independently of this issue, it may happen that incoming calls are not displayed on the mobile client of Skype for Business, although shown on the desktop client. This bug originates from Microsoft and will most likely be fixed with the next client update (scheduled for September 2016). A work around is to change the presence status to “show to everyone” in the options menu. Restart the clients.

We will communicate when the disturbance is fixed and apologize for all inconveniences.
