Update Service Level Agreement NFON Business, August 1st 2016

Dear NFON partner,

as of August 1st 2016 we will update the service level agreement for the NFON Business tariff in Germany. The new version will include the following updates:

Clarification and description of the basic service “extension” (voice, eFax and services)

• Addition of following features to the basic service:

1. Call groups
2. Skill-based call routing
3. Queues (ACD)
4. Automatic mediation (IVR)
5. Telephone conference Nmeeting
6. Time controlled call routing

• Addition of call recording NEOrecording
• Detailed description Nhospitality
• Detailed description Nreception (voice operator panel)
• Addition of software-based IP telephone services for PC workplace telephony
• Addition of VoIP telephone device services and additional hardware
• Clarification and description of the calculation basis
• Clarification of availability e.g. description of maintenance windows
• Clarification of the contract document priority order and requirements of customers
• Reducing of referenced documents
