Ncontrol update, May 31st 2016

Dear NFON customers,

We would like to inform you that we are going to conduct a Ncontrol update (version 4.14.12) on Tuesday May 31st 2016. Apart from general improvements and bugfixes, this version contains the following updates:

• Timeout of 15 seconds at reading the Ncontrol call history
• Hiding the check box “Display tool tips”. Tool tips will still be displayed by default
• At pasting a phone number into the Ncontrol Click2Dial form, improved rules for dialing will be applied:

  All numbers can be dialed including special characters and spaces. This means that entering numbers with special characters will automatically be detected as regular numbers.
  

  From now on you will find a Click2Dial button in the processes folder. With this button the number the Click2dial window opens and the selected number can be dialed directly.
  

• Improved phone number representation in the Ncontrol Click2Dial form
• If logging into a queue via Ncontrol is not possible, an error message will be displayed
• At creating a new eFax profile incorrect, an improved error message will be displayed
• Bugfix of timer progress bar at playing voice mail messages
