NCTI premium/CRM update for Windows, March 24th 2016

Dear NFON customers,

we would like to inform you that a new NCTI premium / CRM for Windows (version 2.5.32) update will be conducted on Thursday, March 24th 2016. The version contains the following updates:

• Compatible with Windows 10 and Office 2016
• Additional presence statuses for presence management (e.g. in a meeting, on vacation etc )
• Automatic mapping of the presence status to the outlook calendar (e.g. online, not at work etc)
• Tray menu icon updates according to the new presence status
• Presence management window attaches automatically to other open windows
• Recognition of busy lights
• NCTI premium calls from Skype for Business
• Online help
• Bugfixes

It is vital to have the NCTI premium server at version 2.5.32 running. Please ensure that the server version 2.5.32 is installed before running the client update. The functionality of the client with an older version (e.g. 2.4.33) of the server cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to your sales contact for further information.
