UPDATE: New NCTI standard / CRM client version for Windows now with Yealink support!

Dear NFON customers,

in the course of tomorrow an update for the NCTI standard / CRM client for Windows will be available (Version 1.1.0.854).

With this update, the NCTI standard / CRM client supports all officially NFON-certified Yealink telephones (Yealink T41P, T42G, T46G, T48G). For security reasons the usage of the NCTI standard / CRM needs to be confirmed on the telephone initially .

Furthermore the update contains the following changes:

  • Special characters like €, *, ~, ‘, %, &, $ are eliminated to ensure a proper number resolution.
  • With the CRM application “Flowfact” will not add an extra 0 via TAPI.
  • The TAPI driver recognizes now correctly when the NCTI standard client is powered off.
  • Support of polish numbers regarding correct number formatting.
